ESBProgCalc Pro is a Windows Programmer Calculator with Infix Notation, Exponential Notation, Printing, Brackets, many operations, Memory, Paper Trail, History List, Hexadecimal Conversion, Fraction Conversion and more.
Pros: The interface is designed exactly like a conventional calculator with a very large display area. The visual appearance of ESBProgCalc Pro has been optimized for a minimum of 800x600 with 16-bit color or better. It looks pretty good under Windows XP and Window Vista with its 32-bit color. One gets to see nicer looking buttons on Windows XP and above. This calculator supports full precedence, large range of operations (AND, OR, XOR, NOT, NAND, NOR, XNOR, SHL, SHR, ROL, ROR, NEG, MOD etc), paper trail, and clipboard support, history of results, integrated help, expression editing, and much more. Precedence can be turned off if not required. The Calculator also has an expression editor that allows the data that has been entered that can be edited and recalculated. Extensive set of tutorials that play on the Windows media player is a very helpful feature of the application. Besides context sensitive help guides you while actually working on the program. Along with these electronic documentation one can create PDF files for professional printed reports too.
While defining the processing steps one can add comments to improve sharing and readability of the calculations. Creating variable, defining functions and creating charts out of them are another set of very useful features provided by the program.
There’s a set of hot keys that make the operation easier. Most important of these is the F1 that invokes the help system.
Cons: No particular problem noticed.
Overall: This is quite an useful application, very handy for programmers and is good for 3 stars, the very good level, quite easily.
